In the first part of November, the inhabitants of Budapest had the unique opportunity to watch the variety of products that was made Poland. Polish jewellery, artistic glass and fashion designs were presented at the “Designed in Poland” exhibition arranged by PAIiIZ. Since over 10 years, the exhibition visits European metropolis to promote Polish design. The presentation is usually arranged in the city malls to attract the biggest audience. Until now, “Designed in Poland” has already visited: Rome, Brussels, Lisbon, Zagreb, Sofia and many other cities. Last year, it was presented at the EXPO 2015 in Milan.
Choosing the best piece of the Designed in Poland exhibition is one of the elements of the project. The Hungarian audience that watched the Polish design at ALLEE Bevásárlóközpont city mall in Budapest was astonished of the Polish artistic glass. The first award went to Katarzyna Hałas for her glass plates, the second was received by Jeremi Nagrebecki for his glass-wood lamp. The visitors of the exhibition also appreciated Polish fine porcelain made in Ćmielów.
Since 23 November the Designed in Poland exhibition is presented in Romania in Promenada Mall in Bucharest and will be open to public until 30th November.
