According to deputy prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki, this revolutionary step has been inspired by numerous foreign examples. Development institutions around the world provide companies with financial instruments, consulting and promotion to increasing their efficiency and innovativeness.
Among over 100 products recently offered by all Polish public institutions supporting business development in the country, PFR Group has chosen 67 and collected them in 12 business packets to fits the needs of few segments of clients, including investors, Polish exporters and start-ups. The products are available in one place, on-line (https://www.pfr.pl/pl/oferta/). Clients can also get more detailed information using the PFR contact centre.
The project has been prepared within just six months.
The integrated offer has been prepared thanks to a close cooperation of public institutions responsible for supporting entrepreneurship in Poland: Industrial Development Agency (ARP), The State Development Bank of Poland (BGK), Export Credit Insurance Corporation (KUKE), the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) and Polish Information and Investment Agency (PAIiIZ).
As a part of the PFR Group, PAIiIZ starts the process of the transformation in the Polish Agency for Investment and Trade (PAIH). Since now on, the new agency will provide the equal support to both Polish companies looking for their business opportunities abroad, as well as to companies investing in Poland.
Transformation of PAIiIZ is a turning point in policy of supporting internationalization of Polish companies. First of all, operating usually under the Polish Embassie, Trade and Investment Promotion Offices will be replaced with business-oriented 69 Foreign Offices of the Agency that will act as trade offices. PAIH will also provide entrepreneurs with soft skills, training them how to effectively do business in particular country. It will also give companies a tailor-made set of economic information, choose best trade and promotion events on selected markets that will fit to the profile of an entrepreneur as well as match them with best foreign business partners. Due to the close cooperation with other members of the PFR Group, companies will also be able to benefit from vast range of financial instruments. Also a tailored-made offer will be presented by PAIH to investors interested in doing business in Poland. Agency puts priority on companies that develop projects with added value to the Polish economy.
